I will keep the light on for you

After almost 6 years of offering Telehealth only services, Moth & Flame has finally found a home as magical as it's clients and will begin to offer a hybrid model of care: providing services both in person, and via telehealth.

At 97 W. Bellevue Dr, in old town Pasadena, you will enter a time capsule of an victorian building, filled with antiques, psychiatrists and somatic therapists alike. In the attic, you will find Moth & Flame's new home.
Starting September 2nd, in person sessions will be offered on Wednesday afternoon/evenings.
I am so excited to welcome my clients old and new into this beautiful space and I hope it will be a sanctuary from the outside world for those who prefer to meet in person, outside of their busy homes, family and routines.

Despite being easily accessed from the 110 freeway, the office is located on a quiet street, with free parking behind and on the street, as well as being close to the A train and 267 bus route for those utilizing public transportation.

When I first walked up the victorian staircase I felt a rush of emotion and visions of possibilities. In this space, I can provide art materials and get back to my Art Therapy roots by offering clinical art therapy to my clients.
I can better offer Trauma Conscious Yoga, providing props and space on the floor to ground and release. I can actually hand the tissue box to them or lend them a pen!!! As silly as it sounds, I have missed these little moments of attunement and care.

I will of course still offer IFS informed EMDR, CPT and DBT skills, in person and online.
There is no doubt that telehealth still works best for many of us, and I will continue to work from home and maintain my telehealth schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. So those used to seeing my cats Thunder and Lightning in session need not worry, they will be keeping my home office warm for me and be happy to sit in front of the camera and give moments of comedic release to our virtual sessions as needed.
I am excited to take this next step offering a hybrid model of care at Moth & Flame. I will keep the light on for you.
